Acadia’s Wellstone at Middle Creek Is Getting a Facelift

Acadia Homes and Neighborhoods’ popular community of active adult homes in in Forsyth County is getting a new look. The developers are spending $100,000 to revamp the entrance and clubhouse. In addition, a greenway outside the sales center and a community garden with planting beds and a potting shed will be installed.
“We’re giving the entire community a facelift, upgrading the landscaping and adding new signage with earth tone colors. We want our homeowners to enjoy living in a beautiful community,” said Sam Bass, vice president of sales and marketing for Acadia Homes and Neighborhoods. “Additionally, we are offering homebuyers a $25,000 buyer bonus on two inventory homes at Wellstone.
