Florida Home Builder Success
Posted by: | CommentsOne of the builders we have assisted is Highland Homes. This Florida builder offers new homes in the area between Tampa and Orlando. Several new home communities are located in Winter Haven, FL and Lakeland, FL.
Last year Highland Homes, like many builders had to cut their marketing budget. They shifted what they could of their marketing focus to the Internet and social media. I saw that they had 61 contracts in February 2009. It appears their decision to go electronic has worked.
