Forsyth County from the $150,000s

If you are looking for an affordable first home in a sought-after area of town, make sure to include this brand new community on your list. The Springs at Burnt Bridge, a community of 82 Craftsman-style ranch homes on large wooded lots just opened up in desirable Forsyth County.
This is a very sought-after school district and students attend Matt Elementary School, Liberty Middle School and West Forsyth High School. Turn right on Doc Bramlett Road and left on Holbrook Road, then right on Burnt Bridge Road and right into The Springs at Burnt Bridge.
